The Client

Once a new client registers with us, we arrange to visit their business premises, to hold an in-depth consultation. This enables us to research each organisation and consider additional factors, such as the culture, demographics and business objectives.

As each subsequent opportunity is registered, it will be assigned to an appropriate, specialist consultant, who will then hold a briefing session with the client point of contact.

This provides an additional opportunity to discuss specific requirements, formulate a Programme of Recruitment and offer any support, advice and guidance where required.
