Our experience has taught us that you cannot judge a book by the cover, the same way that you cannot completely evaluate a candidate from a basic interview.
Those candidates that are invited to register with Adept are required to attend a face-to-face interview and general assessment session.
Based upon the opportunities to which they are applying, candidates can also be assessed on a number of specific areas, such as personality and accuracy or numerical, verbal and spatial reasoning.
Our assessment sessions are not considered a pass or fail, but an opportunity to get to know each candidate, in order to strengthen the depth of our consultation, whilst working on their behalf.
